Believe in your dreams !!! Your dream book.

Believe in your dreams!!! Your dream book.

As a follow-up to my conferences for young people, it is very important to believe in your dreams!! I am therefore proposing this stimulating exercise and others which will follow shortly.
Start your dream book!

1. Get yourself a nice notebook and different color pencils

2. On each page, you will write in one dream , 3 dreams cover all 6 categories.

3. Here are the 6 categories – 1. Finance/Money, 2 – Health, 3 – Relationships,
4 – Happiness, 5 – Contributions, 6 – Myself

4. Keep at least 6 double sided pages for each category (more if you want to)
5. You write on each page, the category title and one dream.
6. You describe your dream in greater detail (if possible) see the example below.
7. You find pictures that support your dream and you paste them on the reverse side of your page.
8. You look at your dream book morning and night and more if the need arises.
9. You add pictures, details and descriptions as you think about something else
10. You take one action at a time to attain your dream (i.e. take a course, lecture, research etc…)

Example: I dream of a $5 million dollar home on a California beach. As I enter the house, I see on the right, a high ceiling living room, a fireplace, burgundy sofas and gorgeous wooden floors. On the left, there’s a baby grand piano with surrounding seating so that I can invite my friends for a big party. The ocean view is wonderful from my solarium. The kitchen located at the rear of the house on the right, in colors of burgundy and lime, slightly elevated from the living room is separated by a beautiful burgundy wooden ramp crafted by my brothers. All the appliances are in stainless steel and beautiful lighting. In the middle of the room, a small bathroom and a beautiful spiral staircase brings you to the bedroom on the mezzanine out looking an exterior balcony with a beautiful open fireplace in the middle. There is a big walk-in leading to the glass walled bathroom which looks into the solarium – you can always see the ocean! Ocean side living is warm, cozy and restful, gazing at sunsets and listening to the sound of the waves every night.
