2009 - INCREDIBLE YEAR

Did you put on paper your 2009 realisations? You should…
I thought nothing was going well in 2009 as everything I did seemed to hang and stagnate. However, once I summarized it all, I realized that I accomplished more than I thought and it uplifted me.
2009 - Incredible year!!!
Oh my God! What an incredible and busy year 2009 was for me... in many areas of my life, so that’s why I didn't provide any news update to my racing fans... Please forgive me!!!
As a recap, I raced in 38 Races in 10 weekends, resulting in 5 Podiums and 24 Top 10’s; invested in 8 rental properties; attended 9 Educational Seminars; hired 2 part time employees (and need more!), and gave 14 Conferences in Financial and/or Motivational Speaking to teenagers and adults in order for them to realize their dreams... and avoid suicide, like I did in 1995, based on the theme "'Keep Dreaming... Keep Living!"

I started 2 businesses as a Real Estate investor in the US in 2008, and I was hoping to get my Investor’s Visa in 2009 (which didn't happen yet!). My racing motorcycles are still in California but I cannot be there more than 6 months a year, so I couldn't race as much as I wanted.

My dreams of racing and speaking in Europe are still on the schedule for 2010. However, this year I will not pursue any Championships. Instead, I will race in as many races as I can (according to Sponsorships) where I can find or rent a bike and get speaking engagements simultaneously, mostly on the US West Coast, US National Endurance races and some races in Canada and Europe. I'm looking for speaking engagements in schools or business organizations. Any referrals can get you a 20% commission...
