Santa Ana, CA, November 4, 2010 — Motorcycle racing champion Nadine Lajoie has just signed with Tendril Press to release her first solo book Win the Race of Life at 180 MPH, with Balance and Passion!

A Canadian national, Ms. Lajoie moved to California to pursue her long-term dream of living in the United States. She wrote this new book to inspire others to reach their own dreams. With dynamism, focus, discipline, and vision, Ms. Lajoie is known as a multi-faceted pianist, guitarist, singer-songwriter-composer, and was recognized as a Top-10 volleyball player at the Canadian Nationals, before injuries compelled her to change direction.

Born in St-Irénée, Quebec, Canada, she earned her B.Sc. in Actuarial Sciences, launched a highly successful financial planning enterprise, and has been recognized for eight years running with awards from the Excellence Club of Canada. Ms. Lajoie formed her own real estate investment firm in 2008, and assists others in reaching their financial goals.
